Bad read? He spent 2 mins reading it, walking it and looking at his book.

I think it's the best course in the entire Southwest corner of the US.

We re-rounded and loved every single minute. The greens were as pure as greens could be.

A 71 is 'breaking 80", so can shoot under par and still play every round under 80.

Define "half the time". Is that 'every other round'?

If I could break par every round for the next 10 years and then shoot 90+ from year 11-20; sign me up.

I chipped from 4 yards short-left to a back pin. A nice soft little shot that rolled 2/3rd of the way across the green and rolled off the back.

@Top100Rick Come now. I've carried two marks forever. A large one easy to and use, plus a small one to use when I think/know I will be near someone's line.

With those tiny-flat marks, by the time it's my turn to putt, I have to send out a search party to find it. 🤣

But it was Coor's Field and it was pre-seasons/after spring training exhibition game. The ROX and Mariners played them for a few years.
