@LloydsBank Best way to complain for your awful unresponsive service is to switch banks. First Direct, pick up the phone and lo and behold they talk to you, call me old fashion but I believe that’s why we have phones and numbers. You’ll be pleased I won’t trouble you again for anything
@warrench@LloydsBank Totally understand , contacted First Direct , call picked up quick, no answerphone telling me how quick going on line!!! I don’t get how Lloyds don’t realise a phone call is for speaking to a real person. Anyways dumped Lloyds , First Direct for me

@British_Airways Why can’t you have phones manned rather than answering phone calls with recorded message ‘ your busy’ , then cut off my calls. 20+ calls and counting. I need to change a passenger name , can’t do on Ap and the only offer is your non existent phone ‘service’ . Help!!
