All in all, you need to hyper-focus on something. As much as I hate to say it, exercise isn’t enough.
Notice how nutrition was the main component in both programs.
If you are number 2 just keep in mind that you need to hyper-focus on nutrition, sleep, hydration, and mental health. Exercise is important, but to change your aesthetics and habits you need more than a 45 minute ass-kicker in the gym.

Where’s the meaning? Be ‘actually’ different.
