@Read_Meee You’re encouraging “presenteeism” in your organisation. That’s detrimental to mental health and well being. In addition it is counter productive.
Lunch break is exactly that. Make sure all your employees take their break away from their desks. Their days will be more productive

Whether they pay you or not, it’s a reasonable request to ask you to complete a return to refuse and you could be subjected to disciplinary action.
@TheRealGAPeach3@Demo4fhs It’s not ridiculous, it’s good practice. They are allowed to ask reasonable questions about why you were absent. They not going to ask you details about your medical history.
@Jenny_1884 The majority of “elderly people” are perfectly capable and happy to use an app. Many, like me, prefer it to having to ensure I need to have cash to feed into a machine.
