In September 2021, Recorder Pratt ordered disclosure of a police BWV master recording (CJM/3) at Chester Crown Court.

The master file has not been disclosed, despite repeated requests and a court order.

Five derivative clips were supplied without audio. No DEMS audit trail has been produced.

The recording was created on 28 August 2019 and approaches a seven-year retention horizon in August 2026.
