A 24-year combat veteran just said what every professional soldier needs to hear.
Maj. (Ret.) Richard Ojeda Airborne Sapper has the names of 13 of his brothers who never came home tattooed on his back.
His message to Trump and the generals:
“I’m speaking to you as a soldier. On my back I have the name of 13 of my brothers who did not return home from war.
They did not die for THIS.

I gave this country 24 years of service. I won’t sit silent while you aim the weapons of war inward on American soil, against our own citizens.

REMEMBER YOUR OATH.”
The oath is to the Constitution not to a man, not to a party.
This is the line that separates professional armies from political militias.
Watch it.
Share it.
Don’t look away.

@ContextpinitC The ready whip is kinda pissing me off lol.

[Blue Georgia @BlueGeorgia]

Wow. Greg Bovino and Kristi Noem literally saying the exact same thing.

AOC just detonated the House floor:

🔥🔥

“Eight senators are giving themselves over $1 million each while robbing Americans of food assistance and healthcare. How is this even on the floor? How can Congress enrich itself by stealing from the American people?”

This is the truth of the shutdown deal, millions lose care so senators can cash out.

This is the most criminal administration in the history of the US‼️ Cruelty is the point‼️

Words matter. If you call someone a communist, you should at least know what it means.

@PokemonGoApp I understand not wanting the game to be propelled by the release of new Pokémon, but this feels like a normal event, and it’s been easier and easier to forget to do the daily stuff I’ve done for years in this game. You have to find better ways to fuel engagement again.

This new shadow raid feature is ridiculous lmao

You can’t remote raid them for starters.

Which would be fine IF the system allowed for a way to defeat them easier.

Which it does with Purified Gems.. sorta

You can only store 10 (why) at a time and using one doesn’t guarantee a difference will be made (why).

Raids are impossible for solo, rural, or small community players. Useless feature for most of the player base.

This feels like 100 steps backwards.

Hoping to see a rework like with the Mega Pokémon system bc this is a flop.

@PokemonGoApp I really wish you’d make an event that’s exciting again. I think a lot of your events get a lot of in-game hype, but then just kinda fizzle. Like the intro of Larvesta. I hatched something like 50 eggs, and got no Larvesta during the event. The game is stagnating 😔

[Geoffrey Ashford @GeoffreyAshford]

@PokemonGoApp Blah blah blah. Making the game more expensive for people to play they want and less available for the way a lot of people want to play. Smart.

[Geoffrey Ashford @GeoffreyAshford]

@NianticHelp @LeekDuck Nearly every raid in our area was at 11:00. None in my town at 2 or 5, and looking at Austin, only very few at 2:00, and almost none at 5:00. Would’ve been nice to spread it out a bit better.
