@BethShouler Hi BethShouler, We notify of the renewal around 21 days before the date of the renewal so that it gives our customers plenty of time to contact us to either accept or decline the renewal before it goes ahead. We send invites via email, post and in your self service centre 1/2

We do accept NCD from a Private insurance for a car or van if its less than 2 years old.
