@the_smvc We were pleased to welcome five guests at our Come & Sing Evening. We sang well-known male voice choir pieces and we hope to see our visitors again at practices and concerts.

@the_smvc "Fish & Chips & Vinegar" We had a great trip on The Chichester Canal. 32 members and friends enjoyed the supper and sing song. The Canal Volunteers looked after us very well. Thanks to David Lusby for organising it.

What a great evening everyone had at The Pallant Hall last night! In spite of cold, wet weather, the 80+ audience enjoyed the choir, soprano Ciara O'Connor and reader, Marion Porter. Mince pies, mulled wine and a raffle completed the evening.

@the_smvc Thanks to all who supported SMVC's concert at Portchester Methodist Church in aid of The Rowan's Hospice. The packed church enjoyed the choir's programme. Ciara sang magnificently and Marion's reading was enjoyed by all.

"A Christmas Hallelujah" is the title of our Christmas Programme on Saturday 1st December 2018 at Portchester Methodist Church in aid of The Rowan's Hospice (£7) and on Tuesday 18 December at The Pallant Hall, Havant. (£7.50) Our guest singer is Ciara O'Connor, soprano.
