@VirginAtlantic just spent 1hr 52 minutes on hold to get a refund for flights you cancelled. I spoke to a man, gave him my details. He said he would put me on hold to 'speak to refunds'. He then cut me off. Absolutely disgusting! 2nd time of requesting refund. Over 30 days wait!
