@tjjteacher@NAEducation On one occasion, I ended up to writing to unsuccessful candidates after interview, as the school weren't going to. It's so important to set the right tone as part of developing school culture.
@tjjteacher@NAEducation Completely agree @tjjteacher. Over the years, I've had a number of different replies. One school near where we used to work never acknowledged my application (on two occasions). Some schools are impressive even upon rejection and it stays with you.
