Monday started with a walk round the crater of Kerid volcano

Day 2 started with a glacier walk under yet more blue skies and a tiny sprinkling of snow. Only one person took a tumble but we won’t mention it was Dr Legg. #glaciation

Our arrival in Iceland was action packed as we travelled straight to the geothermally heated Sky Lagoon in Reykjavik overlooking the ocean #relaxinwarmwater

What an amazing trip we have had. Day 1 included visiting the lava show and going into a lava tunnel, having flown over Iceland’s newest fissure eruption. Bucket list ticked! @STAHSgeography
