@virginmedia I've been give such bad customer service throughout my communication with Virgin Media. Not letting me accept the pre contract agreement and then being landed with out of contract bill this morning. Its going from bad to worst. Someone hell

SHOCKING!! @VirginMediaCorp @virginmedia @VMO2News over 3ks trying to contact to end of contract cancel services. Finally got through today, only to be told I'll have to pay £129 as 30days notice needed. Had CS answered calls n call back then I would have been in notice period

Called virginmedia 5 times, each time minimum holding 1hour.... got through 3 times, tried to cancel services but each time told they can't access my account as they have a technical fault there side, promise to call back but never do. Impossible tryin to cancel
