Only SIX clubs have won a major European trophy without winning their own country's top division.

🇮🇹 Parma
🇪🇸 Zaragoza
🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 West Ham
🇪🇸 Villarreal
🇮🇹 Atalanta
🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 Crystal Palace

Winning the league with all six could be a great Football Manager challenge...

👶7 Clubs for a Youth-Only Save in FM27 👇

What types of Football Manager save are there? I've got...

- Non-league to the top - Take a tiny club all the way to the elite

- Journeyman - Start small and work your way through different clubs/countries

- Restoring a fallen giant - Return a once-great club to former glory

- One-club dynasty - Stay for decades and build a club into a powerhouse

- Nation builder - Develop a club, league and country together

- Glory hunter - Move clubs collecting as many major trophies as possible

- Moneyball - Build your team through smart, data-driven recruitment

- Specific challenge - Play under a unique set of rules or objectives e.g. Pentagon challenge

Any I've missed?

🚨 Football Manager challenges that are almost impossible

I think I've just come up with my favourite Football Manager save idea in ages...

Race Across the World: Football Manager edition ©️🌍

Start in any country you want. Your aim is to travel around the world and eventually make it back to where you started.

The catch... you can only leave a country once you've won a trophy there.

Your next job also has to be in a neighbouring country.

If you're on an island or need to cross an ocean, you can travel to another country if you could reasonably get there by boat without crossing another country first.

So you could start in England and work your way across Europe, into Asia, across to North America and eventually back home.

Or completely change the challenge:

- South America from north to south.
- One lap of Europe.
- Africa from Cape Town to Cairo.
- The longest possible route using only bordering countries.

I'm seriously considering making this one of my FM27 saves.

What route would you attempt?

🚨 ONE SAVE FOR EVERY TYPE OF CHALLENGE IN FOOTBALL MANAGER 🚨

🇮🇹 Fallen giant - Pro Vercelli - Seven-time Italian champions who haven’t played in Serie A since 1935. Take them from Serie C back to the top and win their first Scudetto in over 100 years.

🇩🇰 Youth development - FC Nordsjælland - One of Europe’s best development clubs, built around the Right to Dream pathway. Win the Champions League by developing elite youngsters rather than buying established stars.

🇮🇪 Journeyman - Kerry FC - A club that only entered senior League of Ireland football in 2023. Start your managerial career at one of Europe’s newest professional clubs and work your way up to the elite.

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 Build a nation - Barry Town United - Former dominant force in Wales who fell apart financially before rebuilding. Restore Barry, dethrone TNS and help drag the Welsh league up the European rankings.

🇪🇸 Moneyball - CD Castellón - Their real-life ownership has built the club around data-driven recruitment. Use statistics to find undervalued players, sell for profit and eventually win La Liga without abandoning the model.

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 One-club save - Queen’s Park - Scotland’s oldest football club only became professional in 2019. Spend your whole career there, get promoted and eventually break the Celtic and Rangers dominance.

🚨 JJ Gabriel’s entourage were unhappy with Michael Carrick’s decision to hand Shea Lacey and Harry Amass their Champions League debuts against Sabah.

Gabriel and his team believe he should've been given that chance ahead of those players. This was the final straw.

Look at this adorable man who has started a men's wellbeing walk and talk in Mottingham, South London

No one turned up on Wednesday to join him but he's still hopeful

If you know of any men who might be struggling in that area, please let them know about this new group
