@KenyaPower_Care How long is this supposed to take yet we've been black outs on and off while complaining since Saturday evening.
Do we really have do beg for services yet they're people being paid to sort out this issues. This has been a habit since 2020 whereas no long lasting solution.

I would wish to understand why every time there's black out, we always have problems with power outage on one phase alternating immediately power is back. There must be some monkey business that goes on with this transformer serving us @perozzi Muthiga.

This kind of nonsense by kplc Kikuyu sub station emergency team aught to stop. We're ever in darkness @muthiga because they want to be coming back and be paid overtime while we suffer..
