Exact same penalty for Russell. Same reasoning too, that he assumed there would be an extra formation lap but as he was on the front row his actions triggered others to leave the grid too #F1 #BrazilGP

WHY

Either do it in the race, or just say, it was all a mess, make sure it doesn't happen again. That's (potentially) 4 penalties that'll turn up post race that could've been sorted now
