3) Put that content in front of them via ads/email/socials.
4)Sell to them.
5) Ask for feedback and keep them paying you long term.

1) Strength train 3 x a week
2) Eat enough protein
3) Stay active and get your steps in
4) Get enough sleep
5) Manage your calories
