I’m a million miler and have been loyal to United even going out of my way to take United flights. I used to think they were truly “friendly skies” when I flew with United. Now I wish another airline would honor my status so I could switch. #unitedairlines FAIL #united

Unfortunately I am writing this post because United Airlines has failed – yet again. This morning at 3am pacific time my wife Stacie Greene and I were woken by a call from our teenagers attempting to board a United flight from Baltimore to our home in Los Angeles.

As a result our son will miss orientation for his first year of high school. And this is on the heels of United not following up when my mom broke her hand on a flight from LAX to Chicago on her way home to SC three weeks ago. Still unresolved.
