@AmazonHelp The futile loop continues as the DO NOT help they haven't verified my account after 3 months let alone helping, @amazon keep taking money and not even offering a help line. THEFT in my opinion when you don't provide a service and yet take money wouldn't you agree? I'm not alone.

@amazonhelp can't believe my account was never verified and still haven't been refunded. Woke up to discover more money has been taken out of my account without even verifying it? tried calling and no customer service is linked to the departments I need. INEPT

@AmazonHelp This is why I'm so desperate and using Twitter to get a contact that will actually resolve my issue as the regular customer service is just not resolving any requests. I cant even close my account because apparently there is money outstanding but...

@AmazonHelp I then send something that goes to a case log where then I am repeatedly ignored or I get the same responses of verification or that I have been accepted for reimbursement but then instead of any refund- another month passes and another huge sum is taken from my bank account.

NEVER @Sell_on_Amazon they are criminal and don't resolve any issues, they promise refunds and then withdraw more money. I sent 12 separate complaints and 3 months later still no refunds, instead a further sum was taken from my account absurdly bad service and theft
