@virginmedia Wasted enough time. It was horrendous. Ended up being 4hrs to eventually be told it wasnt possible to do the simplest thing. Took @SkyHelpTeam 22mins. Never again!
Embarrassing customer service with @virginmedia. 9 calls to upgrade my service AND sign up my mother, but reps are hugely untrained, unhelpful and the amount of times I was cut off and put on hold is endless. 2.5hrs down and i am no further sorted, despite speaking to a manager!
@HammondsNews considering my investment, which you describe incorrectly as a certain colour, verified by your manager and installer, where is the customer service? Delays and no shows etc, I am sickened with the service and product! I now regret not going to @SharpsFurniture
Not saying he is more important than others BUT he is a 10 month old baby and considering he was seen by an ambulance 1st should’ve got him seen sooner or just seen!! Thought better of the Hospital where he was born! GP it is then.
@HHFTnhs Terrible visit to Winchester Hospital last night, where my 10 month old was struggling with breathing earlier in the eve. Waited an hour and had to leave as being there confined, tired and restless was causing him distress. We weren’t even seen by a doctor!
