@SW_Help Hi MC, usually SWR confirm whether passengers are able to book a taxi and provide a receipt to recoup the cost. Please let me know if this is possible as we can’t be expected to go back to Waterloo and then to Paddington to get Elizabeth line to Reading and then onto Wokingham.
