Over the weekend, I came across several videos of elderly people, including former NDC appointees, offering prayers and blessings for a current appointee because of his kindness. That is how humanity ought to be. Some people refuse to help others, yet they hold on to what rightfully belongs to many. You may disagree with his politics for any reason, but those who once had whole loaves of bread and still denied others even a slice should reflect, change, and learn from his example whenever they find themselves close to power again.
one day, we will have a serious conversation about The Ghana Railway Development Authority, Ghana Railway Company Limited and Ministry of Transport.
you can’t keep flaunting that new train for long and ignore the rail expansions needed.

I have been reading the Value for Money Office Act.
I wonder if creating a new bureaucracy is justified. Why not retrofit the Public Procurement Authority to perform these functions?
The blurring of the lines between political life and celebrity culture is how we end up making tin gods out of intellectually and morally bankrupt fanfoolers because "ɔwɔ dɔm" - people whose only true principle is access to power.

It's obvious many kids on this app don't have any idea about the realities of living in Ghana. For such a poor country, people just don't respect money. But one day, one day, the reality will get to some people. I can only pray and hope a legacy is being left somewhere for them!
This country’s leadership have to do whatever within means to build an enabling system. One that genuinely support startups, provides a robust but fair system where investment security is assured.
Every week, I speak to people who desperately want to travel. To do what? They don’t have an idea. Just travel.
And mind you, they are not poor. Some have saved enough and are ready to part away GHS 150,000 to a “connection man”. Others have properties they want to sell.
Problem is that, most don’t know how to invest and grow that money here. But fundamentally, they are unsure of the security of their investments - if they do invest - and on hindsight, they’re right.
So profoundly put, perfect summation of the Ghanaian story, elevate and stop complaining..If journalism in this country doesn’t bring you to this recognition, I don’t know what kind of journalism you’re practising..thank you @Shejackiesays 🙏🏾
Brent crude jumps to over $108 per barrel. This is going to put a huge strain on the current accounts of many African nations and rollback the disinflation that we’ve witnessed in many of them over the last two years. Totally disastrous war with grave consequences.
This is insulting to millions of Ghanaian students and NSS personnel who are dependent on Internet but don't have the means to front ¢399 at a go for data. In a nation with ¢21.77 as min. daily wage, some people would've to work 18 days to afford this package. That's depressing!
Releasing agradaa is a travesty of justice. What you're essentially communicating is that, when you have a following, money, and you're a social media meme icon, you're not accountable for any heinous crime you commit. It's the same nonsense that 'saved' Salifu Amoako's son.
