State obligations with respect to climate change,” a landmark advisory opinion issued by the ICJ in July 2025. From April, 21, 2026, our sensitization Programme for African member states begins in Nairobi, Kenya.
Why was this madness called city hopper allowed to replace Kenya Bus? Does the management know that they have hired, drunk reckless thugs as drivers? Add this to other mad matatus and the out of control boda-bodas and we stil say we have a city?
Although non of my business, I am saddened that a national icon such as Ngugi wa Thiong’o can be so hurriedly cremated in a far away foreign land. I have felt the depth, when Brutus declares in Julius Ceaser, “it’s finished..”
@vcuonbi@uonbi@JoeAgeyo@GeorgeOuta has written excellent article in @NationAfrica on why Univ of Nairobi is failing & how to rescue it. Says "VC's post could be part-time, rotated among respected professors who advise and support a career manager handling the day-to-day ops"
@NTSA: Why, in God’s name should I take a car for inspection three times; same government agencies? Some things just require common sense! The President cannot come and run NTSA for you. Reduce the impediments and meaningless red tape!
These last 10 days were a baptism by fire! The pressure to deliver critical public service assignments. Believe it or not, certain things happen due to forces beyond our human selves. There is a God somewhere, watching over his children!
To our Hon MPs: the ‘crime’ is NOT in offering certificate/ diploma courses, perse! It is the failure to properly define the type and purpose. Many Ivy League universities offer them, designed to up skill specifics and not as a ladder to the next rung!
Can someone explain to me why adlife plaza, near Yaya center had to replace a working exit control system with one that only works if it feels like? Bure kabisa
We should strive to frame our higher learning academic institutions as global centers and not local markets. Frankly it will take years for some of them to have a profile worthy of a competitive university!
Kenya’s Ministry of Education should establish a Special Committee to review the names we give to our universities; especially the newer ones. Some of the names are far too local and frankly, it will take years for them to have a profile worthy of a competitive university!
Logic and common sense demands that we put a moratorium on new public universities in Kenya. The 30+ that we have are in comatose. The glaring management and liquidity challenges are, simply, unprecedented.
@KenyaAirports
What’s this at Kisumu international airport? An artificial pile up at the entrance to facilitate open malfeasance? Surely we can do better with the payment system!!!
@KQSupport how the hell is it that you are permanently “experiencing an unusually high traffic”
For two weeks a simple name error cannot be corrected!!!
