I wanted to see what it actually takes to contribute to Zama, so I dug into the operator path. Not your usual PoS @zama_fhe runs an FHE compute network. Two roles: KMS nodes handle shared private keys via MPC, FHE Coprocessors execute encrypted computations. With LayerZero now a genesis operator and names like Luganodes, Stake Capital, Blockscape in, the signal is strong but the door is open
