I made a rust based rive CLI generator tool that is made such that AI can create the animation in a json format, and then the tool generates the .riv binary.

Looking for curious people who are actually in design to tell me where it falls short.

I thought it would be an interesting AI coding experiment, and ended up surprised it actually works!

@menepucha Absolutely can. I use oh-my-pi harness instead, but could do this by just using the scroll world skill + image gen from my ChatGPT sub, and video gen from the frames via veo 3.1 from Google cloud.

Failed AI implementations are directly correlated with the maturity of an organization's processes.

The gap needs to close so the way people work updates the state of the organisations knowledge. And for that there needs to be processes that are not abstract: they need to be active, iterated on like a Toyota factory.

When that's in place, AI can be used to better surface information for decision making, to automate wrote work as there is clarity on the source and destination of it's work items.
