South Sudan Constitution known as the the transitional Constitution of Republic of South Sudan 2011. Article 40 failed to defined what youthage is, now everyone want to remain as youth. The SPLM - IG, SPLM - IO both say 18-35.
Can we adapt 18 _ 35 as the youth age by May 2019.
