@metrotrains Had to disembark a Sandringham-bound train at Sth Yarra as, once again, there’s no ventilation in a packed train! People are sweating! It’s hard to breathe! This is a consistent issue that you are not addressing! Turn aircons on in trains, please!! Humidity is at 88%

@metrotrains Just at Middle Brighton on the way to the city. No ventilation/aircon. The train is like a glasshouse and some people are feeling unwell. The train keeps on stopping in between stations due to some issues and people will pass out from the heat! What is going on???

@ptv_official Guys, the 5:30 from Richmond towards Frankston was showing as stopping all stops, apart from Parkdale.
It ended up being an Express (and not as per the notice board, or your app),
So over 20 of us had to change platforms in Cheltenham and head back now! 😭
