Perez spoke with OutKick before her AAA Reina de Reinas No. 1 contender match at Triplemania 34 in Las Vegas, after Paige's recent story about an autograph seeker following her through a connecting flight.

"First off, I love my fans so much. We wouldn't be able to do what we do without the fans. I think these fans, they love what we do, they respect us so much. It is a big deal when they get to meet us and they get their picture signed. But it's also, like, we just gotta be careful on where we do it and when we do it."

A 64-year-old Pennsylvania man lost $42,700 to a scammer posing as Rhea Ripley, according to Pennsylvania State Police.

Troopers in Kittanning, in Armstrong County northeast of Pittsburgh, said this week that the crime took place in March. An unknown person or persons contacted the man while portraying themselves as Ripley and obtained the money, per information shared by police and reported by WPXI.

A public information officer said the victim has refused to cooperate with the investigation. No arrests have been made. Police did not say how the contact was made or how the money was sent.

Celebrity impersonation scams typically start with a fake social media account and build toward a request for money. WWE performers do not solicit money from fans through direct messages. Suspected scams can be reported to the FBI at https://t.co/knWzC93z0k.
