@sweatystartup Old managers love it. Also, good way to avoid this "communication style" vague comment in your performance review. Similar to so many, this is the result of bad people management and the gen z still trying to copy the boomer's toxicity, but with no orientation

@thedankoe Getting out of the so-called comfort zone is indeed the only way to grow. Every time I'm returning to this comfort zone it feels like home though. Habits and nostalgia will always be our worst consultants, stabilisers and life savers when applied at the right quantities though.

I failed preparing mine though. Updated it 10 times till it was good enough, missing good opportunities meanwile.

Here's an important lesson that I learned.

In any good job you may either learn or earn.

Don't try to optimise both. Balance your expectations from yourself.

When I tried to go out of this norm, I ended up living a stressful, unsatisfactory life.

I resigned.

8 years in, I've built 1/3 of the company with my hands.

At the same time, I learned how to do it. I had enough space to experiment and grow.

@mariatsa51 @h_doukas Να πούμε εδώ ότι το κομμάτι σατίριζε την εποχή του ΠΑΣΟΚ, όταν ο κόσμος πίστευε ότι πλούτισε αλλά κατά βάθος δημιουργούνταν τρύπες και καρτέλ. Ίσως θέλει ένα άλλο επίπεδο για να διαχωρίσει κάποιος την ειρωνεία και τη σάτιρα από την κυριολεξία και την κομματική προπαγάνδα.
