I helped my older parents buy a Tesla as I was excited about the increased safety through self driving. Good news, it has been a life changer. The bad news is the purchase experience soured them on Tesla as a company and I constantly have to help them with the app and small issues (soft reset,
Tesla persistent problems;
1) When the font size on the apple phone is increased to a certain level the app becomes very glitchy.
2) Customer service acces is awful. Endless hold times and impatient phone staff are the norm. At one point my father was working with an agent when having app issues the agent said, โIf youโre having a problem using the app maybe you shouldnโt be buying a Tesla.โ
