@ermlikeyeah @Rachel0404 Why 6 you ask? Whem marking out of 6 there is no middle mark so to speak. If an answer is 'alright' it forces me to choose weather its towards the better end of the scale or poorer end. Leaving me with only the best candidates.

@ermlikeyeah @Rachel0404 Absolutley, as a recruiter every question I ask a candidate I will score out of 6 (not always physically, often in my head). After the call or interview I'm able to add together their scores and compare them to other candidates that I am speaking to for the role.

@dpierce1980 I agree completely, there's a opportunity there to better education for the "weaker" public schools, by benifiting from the capital within the public school system. Its just not being utilised.
