@united I have money in my account. Been on hold and/or getting no help for 1.5 hours. The customer care form does not apply to the question and it keeps reverting back to the same form. I would like to speak with an informed customer service person ASAP

Caution. #PlanIt feature @AMEX is a bait and switch. As a cardholder since 1986 who has never missed a payment, the feature only allowed three big payments of a major purchase put on my #AMEX card which really didn't save much and strained our budget. Very upset.
