@HMRCcustomers Yes this is self assessment. Haha not once have hmrc contacted me. It’s always me trying to contact them and I speak to a different person everytime.

@HMRCcustomers Who do I see then because everytime I’m ringing and wasting hours of my day they just say oh it’s something to do with accounts but we can’t speak to them so they press a button and just give me a new date to again ring back up and waste more hours from my day to repeat

@HMRCcustomers I keep ringing up and being on hold for 1hr each time just to be told to ring back in 3 weeks. Also I’ve put a complaint in and they said they would get back to me and that was over 6 weeks ago aswell

@HMRCcustomers Can someone tell me when I’m getting my repayment. It’s been 14 months now. What makes me laugh is soon as people owe money it’s got to be paid within a certain time frame otherwise they get penalties but it’s ok for you to hold peoples money and penalties.
