@TravelRepublic yet again another 6 hours spent on hold yesturday with no answer...however the phone just cutting off when your lines had closed for the day. Despite being in a world wide situation, this is no was to operate a company. This is an absolute joke!!!! @ATOLprotected
@TravelRepublic having your customers on hold for over 5 hours, two days in a row is unacceptable. There should be some for of system, to advise customers what the hold time will be!! An error with my booking from your end, is now costing me time (a lot of it) and money!
