HP's are design to worst case design condition, in UK that's -5°C typically, work down to -25°C

Sustainable and renewable energy is very possible, it just takes time to put it in place.

@7yrxz89sm6 @janrosenow @CarbonBrief Not true, a badly designed and installed boiler will fail too. Done right a heat pump is more reliable. Lower temperatures, but you don't need more than 50C. Legionella cycle at 60C once a week and heat pump can do this also.
