@wahomethuku @kipmurkomen 5. Law enforcement. Most of the traffic cops on the roads including NTSA are there for personal gain. Every traffic stop should be logged to provide a record. Many accidents happen less than 20kms from a police check

You will be surprised that the driver who actually caused the accident was not involved and didn't even stop. GPS gadgets would tell many things including speed during the journey and point of impact.
