@BillKristol This guy is smart. He knows how to present himself. He’s presenting a position to distinguish himself from others. I don’t think even he believes his own words Do you really think this guy cares about anything except himself?
@WRHearst10 @ianbremmer@VivekGRamaswamy An illogical post. If Russia wins, China will take Taiwan. US allies particularly in Asia , will side with China. US will be mostly alone. $ will cease to be the reserve currency. $ goes down, interest rates go up up. Wall Street goes down down. Putin has sought this.
@anandMenon1@dsmitheconomics While many of us in Europe, would gladly welcome UK back into the EU, the biggest problem would be the UK itself. What, if after say, five years returning, another Brexit campaign begins?
@ianbremmer He’s a hedge fund manager, which like similar types, here in Europe, would explain his lack of loyalty to anything but his immediate bottom line. History or the future do not figure.
@ianbremmer Sounds like he’d sell his country. If US capitulates to Russia, China will invade Taiwan. US will loose its allies. US will be alone. $ will no longer be the reserve currency. $ goes down, interest rate really rises. US just another state. China/Russia supreme.
@Michael_O_Regan@fionnansheahan@morningireland The only real questions are, how much did his contract say he should be paid, did he perform the agreed contract and was he paid the contracted amount. RTE management are paid to manage contracts. The rest is opinion and one person’s opinion is worth as much as anyone else’s.
@justinmortlake1 @JoJo002@alanmoore4816@mrjamesob I’m old enough to remember when Ireland was not in the EU. I remember when cattle were herded through Dublin, to be exported to UK. UK decided prices & subsidised their own farmers. Our industries were people, beer & biscuits. No thanks. We like the new Ireland and the EU.
@BenGoode16@brianmlucey Does he? Check out the homes of other PBP TDS and ask yourself how they can afford to live in those houses on the average industrial wage.
@JohnSimpsonNews It’s bizarre & sad, that a lot of people will trust unaccountable, biased & often anonymous sources rather than accountable, mostly transparent and honest sources such as the BBC.
@MorgenrothEdgar @ItWasRoth I don’t want to restrict or ban vans or suvs. Vans are usually a work requirement. SUVS are usually a lifestyle choice. Let the tax system work it out.
@ItWasRoth @MorgenrothEdgar I accept your data about 63 Q7s. However, there are other smaller more common suvs that also restrict vision for saloon car drivers. Overall, I found the IT article more persuasive, based on practical experience. However, for now, it’s a fre country.
@ItWasRoth @MorgenrothEdgar I drive a saloon. My gripe also, is if you park next to an suv, you’re reversing from a parking spot, without seeing clearly. Today, an Audi Q7 parked beside me. It was like being beside a large commercial vehicle. No, a badly parked Micro does not have that affect.
