- May 27: Met with Netanyahu in Israel
- June 1: Netanyahu thanks Stutzman in a letter for endorsing HIS PLAN for US-Israel deal in a House Resolution
- June 3: Stutzman introduces US-Israel Cooperation Resolution which states it’s Netanyahu’s initiative

The Foreign Agent Registration Act (FARA) states a Foreign Agent is "an individual/group who agrees to operate within the US subject to the direction of a foreign gov or official

18 U.S.C. § 219 directly prohibits Members of the House of Representatives (and other public officials) from acting as agents of foreign principals.
