@DrSamirSinha @DLouiseDaSilva This does not make any sense! We are having the same problems in Quebec. Elders with physical and sensory limitations are left alone to organize their vaccination. Phone lines are more or less useles... we should get the vaccines to the elderly rather than the opposite.
