Each year I apply for a TRC with @sarstax and each year you stuff it up. Application ignored and I have to escalate it. What should be 20 working days takes months. How hard can this be!

I signed up for special @MWEBTweets. Told Vumatel increased prices. Received generic email advising will honour specials, via credits. This month billed double special monthly price - where's credits?! Called billing line and can't get to speak to human!

@MWEBTweets Luckily in South Africa we have the Consumer Protection Act that provides consumers protection again brands who don't honour advertised promotions comprising a set price for 5 months! And consumer warriors like @wendyknowler

A very helpful operator advised me due to changing to a new system and clearly my debit order doesn't reflect.
