Some more scheduling updates: our building has been rented out again this Friday, so we will not have a Kellernight on the 8th. Additionally, our annual turkey shoot has been moved from the 10th to the 17th. Thank you!

Our Oktoberfest Hendl (chicken) is slow-roasted on a custom-built, lump-charcoal fired #rotisserie. 140 chickens can be roasted at once, or 6 whole pigs, which we also serve. Come give it a try on Saturday! #OktfestOmaha #authentic #Oktoberfest #yum #Omaha

When the ceremonial fest keg is tapped, we call out, "O'zapft is!" (It's tapped!) It's the phrase that opens the Oktoberfest in Munich, although we will not have our ceremony until 2pm next Saturday. Coming Friday? Don't worry, we'll have plenty of beer then, too. #oktfestomaha
