That's the model nearly everyone still assumes is the only way. It isn't. And it hasn't been since 1934.

Congress wrote a tool — specifically — so that Americans would never have to become criminals to vindicate their rights. It's been sitting in the federal code for ninety-two years. Through every decade that post-1970 regulations quietly built the wall blocking expired-patent competition, that key was right there on the shelf.

No governor picked it up. No attorney general. No sheriff. Not because they couldn't. Because nobody connected the dots.

Then two Supreme Court rulings in 2024 changed the ground underneath the whole fight — one of them removing a shield agencies had hidden behind for forty years.

What is most unconstitutional now that needs to be challenged?

The Patent Clause has two halves. A patent grants a temporary monopoly — but only for "limited Times." When the patent expires, the design enters the public domain, and every American gains the right to remanufacture it freely. That second half is the forgotten one. Since 1970, federal safety and energy regulations have forced any remade product to meet today's standards, making it impossible to build — which silently extends the expired monopoly forever. A court challenge is needed because the Constitution, not Congress, guarantees that public-domain right, and only a court can restore it.

Yes. Their religion is incompatible with US judeo-Christian founding principles. Too many will not assimilate. Their religion considers women as below the equal of XY men since XX women have no soul. Their sharia law is also de facto unconstitutional. We have let in too many security risks. Just look at their violent “peaceful” protests!

Amazing how many legislators want unreliable and therefore likely fraudulent voting results. Just look at what happened in 1976, 2016 and again 2020 & 2024! And I am sure based on LBJ’s boasting that thid has been occurring for at least several decades.
Just look at CA that does not allow objections to any mail in ballot by observers.
Dems want unreliable voting results. The great disappointment is the number of so called centrists in the Republican party that are against reliable and trustworthy voting.
From Mitch, Tillis & Murkowski that is expected due to their hatred of T47 outweighing their responsibility to the US (though it does not say much for their honor). But from Collin’s, true à RiNO quite often, a disappointment since I expected better from her on such a crucial issue.

He definitely is describing most Dem elected officials and many of their core voters. Free will, the hallmark of our Constitution and Western Judeo-Christian thought is being assaulted by “it never has and will never will” socialist state and even less so under Muslim theocracy. Welfare/Charity is NOT a critical responsibility of Gov, it is law, law enforcement for domestic safety and strong military and foreign policy for protection against inimical powers like Iran, NoK, Russia and the CCP.

Look at the recent gems with qualifications who worked intel:Brennan, Clapper, & FBI mueller comey McCabe… definitely Brennan a communist, and all incompetent as far as working more as partisan Dems than anything else thus dishonoring their oaths of office. Which endless war? Define endless. Viet Nam, 8+ yrs endless with a loss. WW2, over 4/6 years depending on allied country involved, ended in partial victory with NAZI Germany & Italy defeated but Communist (Red) China and USSR as stronger enemies still today as Russia and CCP.
