@henrybomby@RoryCooney@smarterwebuk@ourgoodlifeuk@Croesus_BTC Almost certainly NOT accretive unless mNAV is above 3 at the time - they will pay £1.50 for shares trading at £4.50 at the time. So some accretion now for dilution in the future, unless the warrants are never exercised. Within 12 months dilution could be worse if BTC + SP moon
@SmithsonBrennan @MrBhargava Are you spending your time wisely arguing with with Smarter investor crowd? You probably need to move on to other stocks. We don’t mind if you don’t feel you can invest here.
@sound0ffreed0m@smarterwebuk@Tennyson_Secs It's a snippet from a research note brought out by Tennyson today. Obviously their note was finished, approved and published before Capital B made their purchase announcement today and they will have had the Smarter Web info. Not all actions have to be sneaky
@asjwebley TLDR; Hugs and selfies with influencer bros and international conferences preaching to the converted.
Wish we could roll the clock back (or hopefully forwards) two months to a time where we had weekly institutional investor news.
@BitByron @asjwebley@smarterwebuk You’re gonna get hate with your view but it’s not wrong. Definitely appears the focus shifted to international conferences and influencers bros instead of institutional investors like it used to be. I hope it’s just a seasonal thing and changes as tradfi gets back to their desks
@andrewmill88664@JoshMandell6 What are you talking about? The tulip market is currently about $6.8 billion annually and growing about 4.8% per year, more than most market estimates for the frenzy years. I see your 3 years and raise you 388 years.😀
@thepowerfulHRV Why would you even think that? The average retail investor is trying to make money off their investment in MSTR. Saylor likely couldn’t care if share price erodes another 80% as long as his vision is realised.
@FullTimeBitcoin@Strategy Unrealistic thesis. S&P is not going to let $MSTR into the index on the understanding he's going to use the inclusion trade to ATM at least 50% more shares to push Saylor's holding below 30%. Besides, there other ratings agencies, Fitch, Moody's..
Anybody else find the Year-to-Date BTC Yield numbers that #SWC adds to their Bitcoin Purchase RNS slightly irksome? I mean mathematically it's just wrong. It should be ♾. Why don't they just stick to QTD or other valid metrics?
