.@Ride_BT's new transit center is now open, consolidating 3 bus systems and a bike hub in a centralized location on @virginia_tech's campus in southwest Virginia. The facility offers:

🚌 17 bus bays connecting riders throughout the New River Valley region via Blacksburg Transit, Smartway Bus and Virginia Breeze Bus
🚲 The Hokie Bike Hub and dedicated bike lanes
🏢A 13K sq. ft. climate-controlled waiting area
🌐Campus-wide connectivity through Virginia Tech’s Infinite Loop

The center, funded in part with $29 million from FTA, makes it easier for students, staff and community members to #TakeTransit throughout campus and beyond.
