🚨 BREAKING: According to attorney Mike Howard, Austin Metcalf once spray-painted “KKK k*ll all blacks,” “Heil Hitler,” and the N-word.

He and his twin got 12 months of juvenile probation for it.

When caught, he told authorities: “We did some dumb stuff.”

At a previous track meet, when a student said someone not on their team was “talking wild” behind the bench, Austin reportedly replied: “K*ll that mf.”

This is the same person who walked up to Karmelo Anthony under that tent.

Update: It was revealed during the #KarmeloAnthony hearing that Judge John Roach, jr threatened courthouse PIO Derrick Jackson (black guy) with jail time for doing his job by way of providing an Associated Press reporter with trial schedule, something that was in the purview of his duties. The judge failed to allow Jackson to explain his position and within the conclusion of their meeting he was fired. Judge then brought in a acting PIO from another state Steve Stoler (white guy) without approval from county commission allegedly.

Judge Roach has been removed from the Karmelo Anthony case.

This is a major development in the defense’s push for a new trial. The judge who presided over Anthony’s trial and sentencing will no longer preside over the case moving forward. Stay tuned for more updates!
