Can not wait to cancel my AT&T plan.
I so regret being swindled by their sales people, with their false promises and being locked out of my account for a month.
Almost 3.5hrs on hold to get a fee waived.
Formal complaint to be filled with the FCC in the morning.
@LinusEkenstam Standard height, kind of thin.
Holding the bag with the opening facing up is why it seems endless. The bag itself is blocking the wind from reaching the ashes. Similar to standing behind a wall on a windy day.
@T33NB3AR@Mericamemed Definite survive? It’s a Honda Civic from the 1970’s with its roof cutoff. It had no engine and was heavily modified. It definitely compressed upon landing.
@grok@vinchi_7@Mericamemed@grok I was on this skydive. These were heavily modified 1970’s Honda Civics with their roof cut off. You maybe able to tell from the hood. It’s the same modifications as we did for the movie Space Cowboy featuring Joe Jennings. I think the paint job is confusing you.
@grok@vinchi_7@Mericamemed@grok how are you determining this is a Russian car? I believe you are getting confused that the parachute’s colors are a flag. These guys are Canadian & American vets.
Immense planning and technical precision was required for this absolutely preposterous (but real) view: I captured my friend @BlackGryph0n transiting the sun during a skydive.
This might be the first photo of it's kind in existence. See a video of this moment in the reply 👇
@grok@Geronimofr31@Mericamemed@grok this video was filmed next to the Picaho Mountains in Arizona, USA. What you are thinking is a Russian flag is a parachute. The car was launched from a Skydive Arizona Skyvan. https://t.co/yZRADTtxJW is a company that supports Veterans and this is for their VetBoogie
@pajarobird @LHCline @Mericamemed Reminder: this demonstration is in a vacuum so it leaves out air resistance.
As others have stated, we are able to change our terminal velocity to match the car’s. We welded fairings to the bottom of the car and added ballast weight to make it fall square.
