@GoldsGym one of your franchisee's is in material default of lease, I have no email addresses to communicate with you, they are all blocked or cancelled. I have sent formal notice via mail but no response. 12 days left before eviction of a high volume, revenue producing gym
@united how long does it take to review and respond to a case through your “Passenger Incident Review Committee” aka PIRC? I’ve been “banned” to travel w you since Jan 17th for the use of a luggage cart?? As a Premier Platinum member this is dramatically impacting me. #help
@united I still have not heard anything back from PIRC. I DM you and was told I would hear back from that group and still nothing. I continue to send our employees to fly with you while I have not been able to since January. Again this all stems from one employees “claim” #help
