@davidspiersiii Also there is nothing stopping a man not identifying as a woman from going into a bathroom or changing room and doing the things your so scared of. The only difference is your example seeks to deny someone their dignity and personal comfort/ potential safety.

@davidspiersiii In regards to drawing a line. I suppose legally it should be when the paperwork shows your birth certificate changed to the gender you are transitioning to. But that doesn't mean an institution or buisness cannot recognise an employee or customer before the paperwork is processed

@davidspiersiii If you have a legal birth certificate that says your a woman. Your a woman. Or the same for a man. You can transition. Legally you are recognised as that gender. To willingly ignore that is not illegal. But it is being a massive cunt.
