Official support for the Pyra redemption web portal ends in 2 weeks.

While the portal will remain available, support will not, so we recommend withdrawing all balances and exporting your authority wallet’s private key before September 15th, 2026.

If you have any issues with the web portal before this date, please contact support through the link in the footer of our website.

The Drift recovery token will be distributed to all authority wallets once it launches, even if it’s after the end of our official support.

The mobile app will stop working and will be removed from iOS, Android, and the Seeker dApp Store. Going forward, please use the web app for any remaining account actions.

Once Drift redemption tokens are live, you’ll also be able to redeem your share through the Pyra web app. We’ll share more information when that becomes available.
