@skullmoth_xo thats totally normal oomf ππ your muscles are replenishing their glycogen stores (glucose stored in the muscle for immediate use during exercise), and each gram of glucose also stores about 3-4 grams of water along with it. its very common to have up to 4 lbs of glycogen!!
wait this is so validating cause my last couple relapses i couldnt sustainably eat less than 1400-1500 calories a day (my bmr was like 1800 at the time and i was walking 10-20,000 steps/day) and i felt like SUCH a faker for it omg.
i cant tell if its just the honeymoon phase but this is lowkey me ππits horrific to go thru tho cause im basically forced to do back to back 2-4 day fasts w only an 400-800 calorie meal in between. and i cant stop!!! i love my life soo much
todays omad ππ pork tenderloin w pickled beets and asparagus with a side of protein mocha. calling it 800 calories because i don't trust pork π―π―
is anyone else upset by the fact that fundamentally humans need to eat food every single day. like ugh gross i dont wanna do that!! leave me alone let me exist
@skullmoth_xo ofccc. stay safe tho, a 7 day fast is insane work and you should monitor any symptoms that arise as you start eating. i honestly suggest drinking some broth every couple hours instead of jumping to solid foods immediately, cause itll help wake ur gi system up
@skullmoth_xo -go crazy and have like a full binge or anything for the first day or two lol. slowly increase the volume of meals too, as overeating increases risk of refeeding syndrome
@skullmoth_xo the way to avoid refeeding syndrome is to break the fast over 24-48h. start with some plain bone/veggie broth and an hour or two later have some egg whites or steamed vegetables or yogurt; things like that. after that you should be mostly okay, just dont-
this is why y'all need to stfu about trans men. Trans men are banned from using the men's, and cannot use the women's either. There have been cases of men getting beat up for doing so. They also cant compete amongst other men because T is considered a performance enhancing drug.
