AI-agents can now register .hood names and pay over HTTP via x402 — gasless USDC on Base or native ETH on Robinhood Chain, minted straight to the agent's wallet. https://t.co/wNujEAmaoL
Since the start, apps and agents were already able to read and use .hood names.
Now, with x402, agents can go all the way and claim them, paying autonomously.
The team has built on top of that foundation & vision:
• UniversalResolver — the on-chain engine that turns a name like robin.hood into a wallet address.
Profile records such as avatar and socials are saved on metadata IPFS, meanwhile name ownership is immutable. What you own, is forever yours.
• @hoodag/sdk — lets any app or website resolve .hood names in one line (resolveHood('robin.hood') → address), without interacting with contracts.
This makes .hood name adoption for chain explorers way simpler.
• @hoodag/mcp — gives AI agents (Claude, Cursor, and any MCP client) .hood as native tools, so they can look up names, check availability and pricing on their own. Now they can register too.

New update:
Users can now get emojis as their .hood names.
Referral %s are being discussed, as that's the next update, which will be live today.
It's important to note that our ERC-721 NFTs are based off the original ENS (2016) ecosystem, and are fully on-chain.
Off-chain ecosystems are centralized and rely on the developer fully.
Meanwhile, the advantage of staying true to the original mechanics is that our domains are non-custodial and can be seen from the get-go on-chain.
We're building on the Robinhood Chain with the goal of making the ecosystem more transparent, trustworthy, and easier to navigate.
In just the first 24 hours, over 927 domains have already been claimed, demonstrating strong early adoption.
We believe verified on-chain identities and project domains can become a core piece of the Robinhood ecosystem as it continues to grow.

Next updates incoming for $uhood:
— Referrals: Refer a friend to a https://t.co/4NtisVu6KN name. Earn a % of what's spent, in ETH.
— Extended stats page, showing more information about revenue sources.
WARNING
There is a honeypot scam token using the same name, ticker, and logo as our project.
The only official contract is:
0xbd433ecab074ae6a740959fb5e7bf1d02f6f57f6
Do NOT buy any other token claiming to be us. Always verify the contract before trading.
The first batch of buybacks has been done!

2.65ETH have been bought back, straight from revenue.
Not dev fees, not token taxes. Just pure Revenue from selling names.

Revenue has been ticking up nonstop.
+150 names registered in the last 2 hours
+$2800 made in the last hour.
Reminder: We went live less than 6 hours ago.
The developer(s) team is currently working on improving stat updates, having them happen more often.
Since everything happens on-chain, the revenue can be checked in real-time, here, on the contract balance: https://t.co/N2tKLcwtDi
Remember that a third of this revenue is buys back and burns $uhood.
The .hood name is an ERC-721 NFT on Robinhood Chain.
How to view your name?
1- Ensure that you have the Robinhood network added to your wallet.
2- 'Import NFT'. Since the Chain is new, this might (visually) fail, however the NFTs holding ownership are always visible on-chain.
Remember that the name is unique and only belongs to you.
The team's focus relies on not just being adopted by community (which we have), but also being implemented, as soon as possible, by block explorers.
This is why our contracts stay as loyal as possible to the native ENS utility, which dates back to April 2016.
Blockscout, noxa, gmgn have all been contacted through private networking.
Replies are expected within 12-48h.
Remember that your owned names can be seen at anytime, on-chain, right now. Check them in your wallet, or at the general inventory, at:
https://t.co/EUfGqqYXl0
It can also be seen on the website, at the 'My names' section.
Some community members have asked, so the team answers.
Q: How does the token benefit from the ecosystem?
A: The token benefits directly from the ecosystem in the form of buybacks & burns of 33% of the revenue, which can be tracked on the market stats.
Q: How can I see the .hood names I own?
A: In your wallet. The team is working on a guide to be dropped soon. It works with a contract, so you don't have to trust the 'website', nor us.
Q: What else will users be able to do with the token in the future?
A: Users will be able to purchase .hood identities with tokens, effectively burning the tokens on-purchase.
Burning implies that those tokens are out of circulation permanently, therefore reducing supply & increasing price on each purchase, regardless of ETH/token used.
The developer(s) are working on a guide, which will make it easy for users to view their owned names.
Besides the already existing front of the page for 'My names', users are also able to see their names in their own personal wallet.
Guide dropping shortly for the aforementioned.
